Plywood is one of the commonly used materials for furniture. It is one of the three major boards of wood-based panels. It can also be used for aircraft, ships, trains, automobiles, construction and packaging materials. A group of veneers are usually glued together according to the wood grain direction of adjacent layers perpendicular to each other, and usually the surface plate and the inner layer plate are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the central layer or the core of the board. With glued veneer according to the direction of the wood grain criss-cross with the slab, pressed under the condition of heating or not. The number of layers is generally odd, and a few have even numbers. The difference in physical and mechanical properties in the vertical and horizontal directions is small.
